Bright, even, pale yellow with a light green hue. The nose is elegantly fresh, with aromas of lime and passionfruit melded with a soft note of capsicum and blossom. Medium-light bodied, aromas of lime, grapefruit and zest, passionfruit adorned by elderflower, and a hint of capsicum herbaceousness. The wine is elegant, with round edges and fine-textured phenolics. Fruit shows concentration with a vibrant acid drive. This Sauvignon Blanc possesses classic Marlborough flavours, elegantly fine textured and a juicy finish. Match with pan-fried white fish and goat’s cheese ravioli over the next 3 years.

A silky-cream textured wine with flavours of spiced pear and apple, honeysuckle, and a sandy mineral quality. Acidity offers contrast and texture as well as freshness with white fleshed orchard fruit and squeeze of citrus flavours. A delicious wine with plenty of weight, some spice and gentle youthful tautness. Best drinking from 2023 through 2028+.
